Gap identified · $9,247 · 213 charges.
All 213 are Skio recurring charges from the window March 14–17, during the Skio → Shopify order-sync outage (Skio status page confirms an incident 03-14 14:00 UTC → 03-17 09:00 UTC). Stripe collected; Shopify never wrote an order row.
Recommended action: backfill via the Skio admin → bulk re-sync tool. I've drafted the ticket for @amira and posted to #ops. Flagging this conversation so Finance can sign off on the reconciliation before we close March.
