Our Approach
We built a Kafka → ClickHouse pipeline tuned for sub-second analytical queries, shipped a Svelte + Mapbox console that rendered 20k moving vehicles without dropping frames, and paired two of our engineers with Orbit’s team for a knowledge transfer they could own on day one.
The Outcome
Dispatch now sees the fleet live.
Idle-time is down 30%. The client’s team owns the stack — we haven’t been paged in six months.
